We see the beginning teacher as the active agent in the development of citizens who believe in nation’s strength and future, committed to social justice, and ready to face the challenges of globalization.
Our vision is to develop the critically reflective teachers who are ready to integrate theoretical and practical knowledge in the understanding and resolution of professional issues. We aim to develop teachers who have a disposition to work in collaboration with other members of the profession and with all others involved in education and development of children.
