Shri Heeralal Yadav in whose name five educational institutions have been estab lished, was in real sense a pioneer in adopting socialism in his life. He was born and brought up in an ordinary family in the rural surroundings of Lucknow district. He fought for the rights of downtrodden and weaker sections of the society through out his whole life. He always lived for others and not for himself. There was no difference in his saying and doing. His political career was mainly built up on the feelings of patriotism and nationalism. He was the member of legislative council of Uttar Pradesh when he passed away in 1995.
Since his native village is on the outskirts of capital of Uttar Pradesh, he was very much worried for the regeneration of women in the rural area of the district. As a result he contemplated to lay the foundation of girls college in this area. Due to untimely demise of Shri Heeralal Yadav, his sons gave the concrete shape of his cherished desire for promoting girls education.
Owing to their untiring effort Heeralal Yadav Inter college, Heeralal Yadav Degree college and Heeralal Yadav Law college at Sarojini Nagar and Heeralal Yadav Inter college and Heeralal Yadav Degree college at Uttargaon (Sisendi), Lucknow have come into existence. They are imparting quality education to the weaker section of the society. His name will be remembered till these educational institutions survive.

Ram Singh Yadav President of the college is optimistic, progressive with a broad vision having a personality of great thinker, philosopher. He always remains busy with the progress of Institution with a different outlook. Mr. President is a Law graduate from University of Lucknow and post graduate from the same Institution in Sociology.

The Manager
Founder manager of the College Shyam Kishore Yadav is a great human being always busy for the welfare of the poor & down trodden people of Sarojini Nagar area. Born and brought in Village Gauri Sarojini Nagar Mr. S.K. Yadav is a noble son of Late Shri Heera Lal Yadav. Ex. M.L.C. and treasure of Samajvadi party. Mr. S.K. Yadav graduated from Lucknow University and started his political career.

The founder principal was born and brought up in rural surroundings in the Sitapur District of Uttar Pradesh. He passed the High School Examination of U.P. Board of High School and Intermediate Education with a First Division and topped the list of students matriculating that year from M.D. Intermediate College, Misrikh, Sitapur. His performance earned him a merit scholarship.
In 1968, he Graduated in Law from the Lucknow University, his name figuring in the merit list.

The Principal
Born and brought up in rural surroundings in the Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. He has achieved his basic education form primary school. Bhupiamau Pratapgarh. He got his secondary education from P.B. Inter College, Pratapgarh. He Post Graduated from Allahabad University in 1987. He decided to be teacher and joined P.B. Degree College as a lecturer Zoology from July 1987 to August 1996.

The Institution
Eminent politician, socialist and a true well-wisher of the down trodden Late Sri Heera Lal Yadav (1931-1995) truly sensed with the depth of his heart, the need to strengthen women education in our society. He was a strong supporter of the view that only an educated girl can give us an educated society & an educated nation.
